Return/Exchange Policy:
We fully trust you will be satisfied with your purchase but if your products are faulty, wrongly described, or different from a sample shown, allow us to fix it for you! We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased. Just follow the returns process outlined below for t-shirt or jacket exchanges (At this time our refund & exchange policy applies to online orders only. All sales in-person are non-refundable.)
If you change your mind about a product you purchased from us online, we will refund the purchase price, or exchange (in the country of purchase), so long as it meets the following conditions:
1. (Clothing) Products purchased from SheOrgasms.com can be returned at any time by the customer with proof of purchase;
2. Clothing item(s) must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached);
3. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges including shipping and/or credit card information. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return; and
4. Email contact@sheorgasms.com with the updated size(s) requested to receive your return shipping label. Once the tracking information has been updated for the returned item(s), we will then send out your replacement product(s).
