Can You Tell If You Are Cumming, Squirting, Ejaculating, or Orgasming?

Can You Tell If You Are Cumming, Squirting, Ejaculating, or Orgasming?

I hate to jump out of the gate with this, but I’m quite over sexually unsatisfied older men and unsatisfied older women scientists sharing their biased and limited notes on the female body, female orgasms, female ejaculation and squirting. This is part of the reason all of it remains a confusing unsolved mystery. It’s hard to talk about something you don’t see, can’t touch, or have never experienced.

I feel empowered to speak on it because I have experienced all of it! I’ve felt it, tasted it, touched it, smelled it, and looked at it under a microscope! I will also remind you that I am no scientist and I didn’t learn about my body from European men, I learned from my experiences and guidance from ancestors.

When I was a young teenager I decided that I wanted to lose my virginity and who I wanted to lose it with, I had it all laid out. After being in leadership programs and adolescent pregnancy prevention classes I felt educated and ready at a young age. When it was time I laid on the kitchen floor staring at the ceiling fan the whole time. I had complete mental silence as I drifted off into cosmic bliss while he passionately warmed up my vulva with his mouth.

Then he inserted himself inside of me, I loved the feeling and loved the sensations even more. I found myself chasing this sexual high for years chasing the Ultimate Orgasm. Year after year, I was cumming, squirting and even ejaculating but was still searching for something MORE, that was going to really knock my socks off.

As a previous sex blogger, I thought that MORE was impossible and I had given up on seeking for that fulfillment in the external world, I started to find clarity as I dived deeper into my mental suffering and bodily trauma. Once I started to chip away at every toxic trait in my body I started to attract people who were working just as hard to be their Highest Self.

Basking in this vibration allowed me to attract a man with my heart and soul and not with my body or mind. I allowed myself to be completely open, vulnerable and fully trust and respect him as a man. It sounds simple but with all the conditioning I had gone through it made it difficult for me to fully trust, respect and love a man unconditionally. He took me to the MORE I had been seeking my whole life.

Now I’m experiencing orgasmic releases, orgasmic climaxes and orgasmic transcendence. I have put in the field research and the mental lab work which is why I am here to share my understanding in hopes that this will bring you clarity and help you discover the full pleasure spectrum of your sexuality so that you can communicate more clearly with your partner about your sexual needs and desires.

Be sure to share this blog post on your social media or text to a friend to help spread this useful information. There are so many women who do not know this yet or don’t fully understand it. I wish for us all to experience the pleasure we deserve.

Namasté

Cumming - The Mind

To cum is to release your built-up mental pleasures and desires. Cumming occurs with the cooperation of your mind. If you are distracted, you will experience dryness or lack of desire which will block you from cumming or generating arousal fluids. Arousal fluids are secretions produced by the Bartholin glands located near your labia genetically placed to help the penis enter the vaginal opening with ease and comfort to reproduce. The reason why foreplay is so necessary. The secretions released from your vaginal canal are mixed with your cervical fluids, causing the consistency of cum to vary per woman. Sometimes it's thick, opal, and creamy; other times, it may be silky, clear, and smooth. It all depends on which phase of your menstrual cycle.

Your cum carries a genetic imprint that is physically and energetically passed from your secretions into your partner's body. This is why you see some couples who begin to look alike, act alike, or even start to think alike. If you are getting nutted in, you are taking in bits and pieces of their DNA. You do not need an emotional or spiritual connection to cum. All you need is physical attraction, stimulation to your clitoris or vulva, and erotic thoughts. The reason why toys are so popular. However, the stronger your mental focus at that moment and physical arousal toward your partner, the stronger and more beautiful your cum is going to be, slippery or creamy magic flowing out of you like water.

When you cum, it creates a clinginess within us because it’s a great sensation and we want to hold on to things that make us feel good ultimately leading to greediness. All vibrations that keep us repeatedly in unhealthy relationships. So choose your partners wisely, fight harder to learn to love one another, figure out ways to trust deeper and allow the beauty in you to see the beauty in them.

If you are giving head to a vulva and feel juices coming from the clitoris, you are either feeling ejaculation or squirt from the urethra or Skene's or cum from the vaginal opening. There is no hole on the clit.

Squirting - The Desire

Squirt is the expulsion of diluted urine and ejaculate fluid released from the bladder and Skene's Gland and released through the urethral opening. When examined, the liquid contains traces of urea and creatinine – (the key chemical element of pee). That’s why It is wise to pee before sex also, to clear the passageway and allow your body to relax enough to squirt naturally. It must not get confused with pee that flows out due to incontinence issues. Squirting is usually an involuntary act, not something you force out. It is generally colorless, odorless. You will see its effects afterward on your sheets or feel the splashes of it during sexual intercourse. Squirt fluid is gathered from your water intake supply and then built up in your bladder.

Squirting feels just like it would if you were holding your pee all day and finally got to relieve yourself. That feeling of relief is what squirting feels like. It can be subtle, or it can be highly sensational. The act of squirting will only be released if your body is relaxed. Too much tension or pressure can prevent you from squirting. The desire comes from your connection to your partner and how safe and grounded you feel with them. If you are focusing too much on squirting, it simply won’t happen. Squirt is released through the urethral opening. All you need is a partner that helps you fully relax, a comfortable environment, confidence, adequate water intake, deep penetration, or focused clitoral attention with the tongue, toy, or finger.

During foreplay and anticipation, your sexual desire is created by your sexual energy; this nectar is secreted from the Skene’s Gland.

Female Ejaculation - The Body

When the body gets fully aroused, it creates a wild chemical cocktail of many hormones. The love hormone, the happy hormone, fight or flight, you name it. Those hormones produce your ejaculate fluid. When the nectar is examined, it contains the prostate-specific antigen found in the cum of male semen and produced in the Skene's gland (some may call the female prostate). To generate and release ejaculate fluid, your sacral chakra must be unblocked and thriving. Meaning you must be comfortable within the full spectrum of your sexuality, utilize your creativity, dance more freely, and connect with your pleasure more. Allow your body to build up the ejaculate fluid by nurturing and loving your body and loving from your heart, not overly critical of yourself or others. That’s why female ejaculate nectar tends to be sweet because she has reached a divine level within.

Female ejaculate is released through the urethral opening. Some women have an additional outlet connected to the Skene’s Gland located slightly below their urethral opening. Female ejaculate trickles out warm fluid, and the release feels similar to squirting. You can squirt and ejaculate simultaneously, but you can certainly feel the difference when done separately.

Female Ejaculation + Cumming = Leaking - The Comfort

When you ejaculate and cum at the same time you experience a beautiful, constant, slow leak that flows out harmoniously. The feeling is relaxing, almost like all the air in your body is being deflated and your body is sinking into the ground beneath you. The leaking concoction is warm and flows like aloe vera gel. The combo of ejaculating and cumming at the same time is like hitting multiple buttons on a controller for a Mortal Combat move, you unlock “special moves”, a special concoction created by your intimate encounter.

Leaking is released through your vaginal opening, urethral opening and Skene’s Gland opening.

Squirting + Ejaculation = Gushing - The Excitement

The cool thing about the woman’s body is that it is capable of all things, which means we can squirt and ejaculate at the same time! Just a quick reminder though. SQUIRT IS NOT EJACULATION. However your ejaculation can squirt! When you do both at the same time it creates a gushing feeling during arousal. Your bladder will fill up with the supply you created through your water intake; and your Skene's gland is built up with an ejaculate fluid containing PSA antigens. When gushing during sex the squirt is going to contain the diluted fluid from your bladder containing urea and creatine and it's going to combine like a hurricane by crashing into your ejaculate fluid. Both fluids are trying to escape out of the tiny urethral opening causing an intense gush. Since it all passes through the urethra where urine also passes through, it can contain larger traces of urea and creatinine.

You must have a level of excitement in order to gush. Excitement as in fully mentally, physically, and emotionally aroused. You are relaxed, you feel safe, and you are really into your partner physically, mentally, and spiritually. This allows your body to open up more and more. The more your body surrenders the closer you get to the Big O.

Gushing is released like a broken fire hydrant through the urethral opening. However if you are cumming at the same time that is the Ultimate Gush that will have arousal fluids splashing from out of the vaginal opening.

Orgasm/Climax - The Heart

An orgasm is a climax you reach from heightened sexual excitement. By relaxing your body entirely and enjoying the intimate journey, you build up the orgasmic energy within your body needed to climax. If your focus is on the destination, the finale, and the nut, you're not being present enough to build up the sexual excitement. An orgasm happens when you both are harmoniously aligned at the moment of intimacy, blocking out everything but pleasure. During an orgasm, you may feel high as if on psychedelics; you may experience shaking, quivering, stomach cramping, crying, or hysterical laughter. Orgasms can be weak or strong, wavy or smooth, noticeable or subtle.

The orgasm is experienced energetically and doesn't necessarily have to be released outside of the body. It is separate from cumming, although you can cum simultaneously with the orgasm. You do not need stimulation to orgasm. You can have a mental, clitoral, vaginal, or erogenous zone orgasm (amongst many more).

A loving relationship with yourself is also vital. When you nurture yourself properly, you release the energy to attract a loving partner to do the same. When you are being stimulated to your liking, you open up more, relaxing your body. This will allow you the opportunity to reach heightened levels of bliss.

Orgasm + Cumming = Releasing - The Soul

When you orgasm and cum at the same time you have connected with your partner on a spiritual level and that energetic exchange allows you to release emotions through your climax, manifest, give energy to your partner, take energy from your partner, communicate telepathically, feel each other’s energy and get rid of pent up stress.

A saying I just made up right now is “Cumming is a state of doing while releasing is a state of being.” When you can just be, and not overthink, not be self critical, not wonder, not wish, just lie back and release control you’ll be able to release through your cum.

Releasing is released through your vaginal opening and energetically.

Orgasm + Cumming + Ejaculation = Ultimate Orgasm - The Complete Surrender

When you have surrendered completely into trust of your partner, trust in your Highest Self, trust in The Universe, trust in God then you have made the complete surrender. When you have gotten there within, you can create a transcendent experience during intimacy bringing you higher in the levels of Consciousness.

The complete surrender happens cosmically when two people become one in the present moment by not allowing past conditioning or trauma to impact them in that moment. Their mind is clear and concentrated. They aren’t sexually mixing with low vibrational energies. They share the same desires. Then you basically create magic at this point.

Since I still have moments where I forget my magnificence and fall back into conditioned ways I don’t always get to experience the Ultimate Orgasms, but once I do the proper shadow work I begin to let my body feel safe enough to fully surrender and trust again.

I hope that wherever you are along the sexuality spectrum and your healing journey, that you are being kind and patient with yourself. Make time for yourself and practice loving more from the heart and not with conditions from your mind.

With gratitude,

Kay Jones
